My Approach

For the past nine years, I've worn many hats: perpetual student, Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and group facilitator, navigating both the public and private therapeutic realms. Now I work solely online in my private practice with clients from the UK and across the world.​

 

I draw on a variety of evidence-based techniques and tools, and tailor my approach to the specific needs of each individual and their unique needs - my therapy is not a one-size-fits-all.

I take my time to get to know you and to allow you to settle into a rhythm that feels good, providing a supportive space for you to explore everything sacred and fragile that you are holding right now. We do this from the comfort of your own space, one step at a time.

My Expertise

I work with the complexities of the human experience, supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loneliness, major loss, a sense of meaninglessness/purposelessness, attachment relationship difficulties, and burnout.

 

I specialise in working with millennials, highly sensitive individuals, menstrual cycle awareness, PMS, and PMDD.

I hold a BA (Hons) and an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a specialisation in Humanistic and Integrative/ Holistic Therapies.

My training and therapeutic approach draw from a range of modalities, including Humanistic Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Existential Therapy, Focusing, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Informed practices, and Psychoeducation.​​

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy)  and adhere to their ethical frameworks. I am in regular supervision and take responsibility for my continued professional development.

 

How Sessions work:​​

  • 50-minute weekly or fortnightly sessions online.
  • Sessions are open-ended, meaning that we can continue with therapy for as long as you feel it is needed. ​
  • No minimum number of sessions is required, and clients can end therapy at any time.
  • 1-1 tailored Psychotherapy for you and your needs, held in a warm, compassionate, and gentle confidential space.
  • Fees are on a sliding scale of £70-£95 per session

My Promise

As your therapist, I am committed to creating a collaborative relationship together in therapy. Essentially, I am here to get to know you... not a diagnosis, a label, or who you feel you should be.

 

I will work with you to identify the parts of yourself that are important to you as we chart a path toward a more hopeful future. I promise to wholly listen and support you, providing a space for you and all the parts of yourself, even the ones you don't like that much (yet!).

 

I hope that through therapy, you will feel more capable and confident in implementing the changes that will lead to the kind of life you have been yearning for, developing the skills and tools that will stay with you for a lifetime.
